Erin is the Director of New York University's Early Childhood Education program. She works with teachers, leads professional development seminars, is also Chief of Education at Cooper, and is also the co-host of the podcast, Parenting Understood.
Melissa is a licensed psychologist within the Pediatric Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic of New York-Presbyterian Hospital and is an Instructor of Medical Psychology in Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. She provides supervision to doctoral-level psychology students and is involved in the general training of child psychiatry fellows.
