What’s your return and exchange policy?

Expanding harmony and connection in family life is our mission, and we stand by the quality and design of everything we make. We want you to love your Springboard — which is why we offer free returns and exchanges for the first 30 days.

If you’d like to return or exchange something, please email us at hello@charmspring.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, address, and reason for return, and we’ll send over a prepaid shipping label.
